About Borcha's (and other npc) stat's

I just noted that Borcha has very high intelligence but his Skillpoints (2 per point of intelligence) are very low. Actually by now I've raised his intelligence to 17, so he should have 34 skill points but he has only 24. Making him off less value then he (by creation standards) should be. Just as I think I noticed Dranton has more points in some skills then he could possibly have based on the 'for-every-3-points-of-this-stat' rule.
Just to let you know, hoping that Borcha will be a bit more skillfull and thus usefull in the near-future. (or a bit lower in level with the same skillpoints, he's level 14 when you find him i think.)
 
Very true, and people tend to have really high riding skills too, even though their agility is low. Lots of people and troops seem to do this. I only upgrade Borchas intelligence.
 
That's because the npc's stat's arn't generated the way the player's are. They are merely set to value's (not 100% full calculated i imagine) when they are made.

If it really bother's you download the 'Unofficial Editer' and change them to suit your need's. Although you will need to start a new game for a effect.

And about dranton , you are right. Your stat's in weapon skills can only reach 300 without cheat's / modification's. Since they are based off of the limit's of weapon mastery , and weapon mastery's limit is 7. eg. 7 = 300

That's not a bug. What you need to do is put a point into weapon's mastery and then you will be able to spend all the weapons points you have accumulated.
 
Of cource not, you dont have any skill points to spend....

once you have points to spend the button to up the wepon master skill will apear, and when its possible to up your weapon skills, the buttons will apear then.
