Abissimal Lag , Framerate Bad , Crash constant

As title , i really can not play at this mod.
I try Bug Fix BUT I just see few differences.
there is no real and proper patch?
Optimize this mod, i want play it

My pc  can read Gta 4 with 45 - 50 fps stable .
This Mod MUST be fix.
It's not My Computer .
If i dowload Version 1.6 It Don't Lag?

Please, no more "my pc is a cyborg, this isnt my computer, its the mod, fix it" threads. Obviously it isnt broken and is working well for most people, else it wouldn't have been released in the first place. After 8000 downloads, you're the first one that says its lagging and crashing to the point of being unplayable. Some people report some world map lag, most say it doesnt lag at all. Also there is a thread for bug fixing and tech assistance. Starting new bossing and whining threads indiscriminately, calling forum members noobs, screaming and rolling won't make things any better.
