Ability to manually upgrade garrison troops without shuffling

Very simple implementation - just add the upgrade notifications and buttons to garrison troops
This way player doesn't have to constantly shuffle troops in and out to see what can be upgraded

A more advanced approach would be to direct garrison troops auto-upgrading with some garrison management buttons/options in the "parties/garrisons" section

Good to know that they don’t upgrade on their own..but do your clan ai armys upgrade their troops?
