A Way to ToneDown/Lower Aggression

Just wondering if there was a way turn down the aggressiveness of the Factions, Because at like day 20 either the Vaegirs or the Swadians have all of the other factions declaring war and by like day 30 they have lost  half if not more of their land. (this has happened in 5 new games back to back)They weren't so aggressive in native but now after installing Diplomacy they seem to be on a blood crazed war path

Just wondering b/c it gives me like little to no time to actually do all the things i need to do.

Hmm I don't have this problem. I am at day 320+ and the map looks pretty much the same as it would in native. If the Swadians/Vaegirs in your game don't lose all their lords, they should be able to re-take their lands later in game.
