A troll ruining our game

This afternoon, during a siege on European servers, around 5:30 pm (european central time), a troll was blocking us and we cannot play for a long time (I don't know, I left the game because of him). His nick name was: #PEOPLEOFSIZE

There's no team damage on horses, who's responsible for this Taleworlds or that player? Who should be punished? Taleworlds design decisions or that player?

The people in power don't care. This has happened in closed beta. Never heard back from callum or any resolve. The guy came back talking trashing some time after. I did the same to him and he was crying like a little be-ach.
