Going mostly texture idle until more work comes.  Still trying to find the real Baratheon Stag for Renly's banner.

Got one!  If memory serves, Renly had the regular Baratheon banner, just in Tyrell colors (Dark green field and gold sigil).  Which is what I did.

Just copy and save and bam, that's the last banner.

If I'm not mistaken, it goes Dayne, Tully, Baratheon, Targaryen, Stark, Lannister, Greyjoy, Arryn, Tyrell, Martell. Some of the bottom ones I can't remember but I think the black ship 5th from the left is Euron's personal sigil, then Beesbury, then Tarth.

Most of those are the same as from Westeros.org.  I tried to avoid using the Citadel, since they put that damn shiny effect over them, making it harder to pull the sigil off.  But, for the major lordships (IE, those with genealogies in the books themselves), I used the sigils that are actually from the books themselves.  Otherwise I either used Westeros or, in some cases, had to find something that worked.
