Better be for that price in fact it better saddle my horse, repair my armor and cook my meals.
It better serenade me while I eat and read me bedtime stories at night.
I'm almost positive that is the best shield in the game right now. The large size, low weight, and high health make it far better than any other shield and is likely why the price is astronomical. Also 200k is nothing in late game and you will be begging for stuff to spend money on.
This part reminded me of how recently in RTV store an Customer Advisor tried to sell me 65 inches TV xD
Ive played through many times already bud still positive that price is an unintentional error it is more than double the price of the next shield down.
They already addressed similar issues with crossbow prices etc i dont mind it being an expensive shield at all btw but just under 200k is a bit silly.
I def agree its astronomically priced and it is likely a bug. But on another note, I'm almost ok with it because you shouldn't be able to buy the best gear before end game. Should either have to get it from battles or pay astronomical prices so the game doesn't run out of things to do/spend money on in the first few years.
There is logic to that but we are missing features like being able to pay for patrols, hold feasts and tournaments, hire garrison commanders etc.
And to be honest you would become rich owning productive fiefs and therefore have the best armor that money can buy etc.
Just a case of balancing when you reach that stage really.

Wasn't Warband the same way? Lordly stuffs is the best stuff, but only miniscular better than the next one down the line while being 3-4 times more expensive.
