A set of bugs?

Users who are viewing this thread

I try to search but either im really bad at this or these werent reported.
I have geforce 4mx graphic cards and running windows xp home and 0.632 M&B

1. The wooden textures of the house that stands on the back of Ramun is bugged. I see lines in the color of walls of the building on the texture. Maybe this is hardware problem but wanted to report anyway

2. Maybe this will be uncovered later on the "polishing" stage but the inside and outside of Zendar inn doesnt match. Check where the door is, thats what i mean.

3. Since my computer goes slow on big wars i make the battle size minimum. But whenever i close the game and re-enter later i find it on the max level. Can get annoying if i forget about it and enter a difficult war with a slowed game and especially if i hadnt saved.

4. A few times I had a real huge slowing at game. Anything works on computer normally when i do alt tab and nothing extra is working but the game is like 2-3 fps. Then it got to normal speed again. No idea about the reason. Didnt happen after anything special.

5. This sort of talk has been covered in another topic about attacking alone feature suggestion im aware. But this seemed like a bug. Mandir (if i spelled correct. The merchant hero) NEVER obeys the hold command. He always goes forward to attack. This happened after giving him a horse, so i thought maybe there is something wrong with that?

I dont think i was able to search to full effect so im terribly sorry if i didnt notice either of these if they were covered before.

5. The marnid thing. He goes off and does his own thing because he has both a horse and some ranged weaponry. So therefore he thinks he needs to go out and solo the entire enemy force.

Solution: don't give him ranged weaponry. If you give him a crossbow, however, he will still obey your commands to a degree.

It happens to me too. I think you need to set the option from the main menu prior to starting a new game. Not too sure though but I seem to remember it working.

Using Alt+Tab will do this kind of thing. Your basically asking windows to drop everything its doing, then pick it all up again. Plus the frame rate counter will report a frame rate of 0 if the game is minimized. It all depends on the game and how windows is feeling today...
