I'd be nice if we could give a separate command to archers. If you give a charge order they never use their bows. I'd like to be able to have a unit of archers, give them a hold position on a hill, then have some infantry charge out with me.

Hasn't this been suggested like a bajillion times earlier? Or is it just me?
It has, but never in simple form of a separate command for archers. Every other post seemed to entail formations, siege weapons, castles and every other thing you can imagine. There have been the other "more commands for troops" threads, but none of them were very specific.
I'm pretty sure I've seen several suggestions for separate commands for ranged units, although I don't think any of them had their own thread. Oh, well, no biggy, and I do tend to agree.
