A question.

Becoming a lady's Champion...

Is it actually possible, because it seems that every time I try it, the lady says "I'm sorry ---, but i don't need a Champion"
Is it not implemented in the game yet?
If it is, how can I become a Champion :O?!

Mhm... yeah i think its based on honour, if you got enough honour they will give you a mission.. not sure though... had a few duels with other lords on a couple of ladies behalf.. but personally? i dont think its worth it.... the relationship hit ya get with the lord you duel is way to big..

Yes, it's implemented.

It may be based on renown. I first received the quest without any honour point increases, (just the starting level) but my renown was up around 300-ish.

They give you a quest if their lord does not like you.

Not sure about champion though.

I think it's just random. But don't just take it, the quest means a -20 relationship with that particular lord and only 20 reknown and 2000 denars compensation.

I did one of those champion quests.  Smacked some guy around for trash talking one of the gals at Curaw.  And yeah, he doesn't care for me much now.

I've found this also.  In several games I got this quest before I had any honor or much renown.  It's like the guild master "make peace" quest - lucrative but random.  Just gotta keep asking.  In addition to renown and denars there is also 1000 experience - especially useful early in the game for leveling up companions.
