A question

I just recently bought this game and i got a question (iam not a free loader so i think i can ask a question =P). Where can i buy the Sword of War?, a couple questions i guess. What are some good trade routes and where can i buy the best armour?.

Take a look at the Mount & Blade FAQ. Also search for a trade route, someone posted a map. For the sword of war, just keep looking in all towns. It's randomized. One day you're in luck and you find one.

The weapon's found in different towns are determined randomly, so when you find a good weapon snap it up. Armor's are also determined randomly and the best armor would be reinforced black armor. For trade routes check out Rusty Armour's guide (it's stickied)

There is no "best" place for equipment - all towns receive a new random inventory in their stores every few in-game days. Sometimes you luck out; sometimes you don't. Murphy's Law often plays a part.

As for trade routes - ask Merchants what caravans usually buy/sell in their towns. They'll tell you what to bring to their town to sell for a profit, what to buy here cheap, and where to take it to make the most money.
