A question on pizzas and a question on a possible Pavlov-Raz offspring

So the pizza thing, when they give pizza size in inches is that the diameter or the radius?
And if Pavlov and Raz had an awesome man child what would it's name be and what would it look like? I think Ravlov sounds alright but it's too obviuos and I s'pose it could look a bit like that blacked up picture of Pavlov.

I never knew people described pizza size with inches until I moved from Jersey. There, we just had small and large. The large never fit in the biggest box you could find, and the small was about half that size. Which everywhere else I guess would be a 16" or 20".
