a question about warband tool kit

I know it says version 1.105 but if my game is patched to 1.3 will this tool revert or previous bugs back in my game, or will those fixes they made still be in my game ???

It's an outdated toolkit and an unofficial release of it to boot.

Use entirely at your own risk.

No, it's official and not really that outdated. It may introduce a couple of bugs that were in 1105 but nothing major. It will certainly compile mods which are compatible with the newest version.
