A question about besieges, thanks if someone answers me

I have besieged a castle for 30 days, and they have nothing to eat, but they don´t surrender. I have besieged one more week, but they don´t surrender at all, I speak with its leader and he laughts at me.

What can I do?

Its a known bug, only one thing you can do. Lead the charge, kill them all.

The starving has a bug that makes a caravan apears, every single party refills its suplies for more 3 days, and wen the caravan spwan he is just to scary to and flee back to the city refiling it.
Try to keep a distance to the castle and atack anithing neutral or enemy that tryes to enbter the castle.

Only way to use starvation is if your forces outside castle are bigger than defending forces.
So when you have man advantage and they are under starvation few days than talk to castle commander and he will surender if you let him and his man go free.

My question is not related to actual sieges rather then to outcome of those sieges.

When you capture city/castle but king gave it to AI lords they dont seem to station any garrison there so I already had to conquer Veluca 3 times after initial siege. Is garrison replenishing itself or what? Maybe threre is answer already posted, but I cant find it...

But when does that happen? I took my first castle with 22 hired blades.
