Rather silly, I think. I have done-a-search or may be i have been searching in the wrong direction...

1. Does Skill Point have a celling of 8? I bumped my Strength to 27 but I can no longer increase my "Iron Skin" skill.

2. How many enemies can appear in one "mission"? My count is 24 on the enemy side. Is this fix regardless the number of friendlies?

3. Doe my horse resume full health between missions? Since I am not sure the health point of each class of horse so I cannot tell.

TIA.

yes

that number seems about right. i don't understand what you mean by the second part.

yes

The fastest horse is a spirited courser, but a spirited hunter is slightly more agile but slightly slower.

I don't know about the sumpter horse thing. Maybe if you had 8 agility and weren't wearing anything and the horse was lame. Dunno, might try it out.

A question of my own: are there any trading penalties when you give somethin to Borcha or take it away?

You mean because you got him out of jail? I've been giving and taking stuff from him with no effect on trading, at least nothing obvious like needing to pay them that guild tax or whatever that is. I don't remember how many times he has leveled up but with all the free armor and a nice horse I gave him I should have noticed some merchant backlash by now if it was going to happen

I looked into that horse thing. My character with 7 athletics and no items absolutely wastes a lame sumpter horse, and can *almost* keep up with a standard saddle horse.

Ok, my 2nd quesiton goes like this:

Since I supose we can have 12 friendlies and 12 enemies appear in 1 battle at the same time. Say, I am jus solo, can the friendlies "quota" given to the enmies so I can face 23 river pirates at once?

Oh, a second thought, if they are all dark hunters, that is not that preferrable.

The 3rd one relates to a trick to "heal" your character during battle, works best when solo. I guess you veterans already have figured what I mean...

Thanks for your answers.

I've not seen any effect myself so if there is a penalty it's not a harsh one. I suppose I could test it by trying the same trades with and without him. I did this once with Marnid, to test his "trading" advantage, but iirc that didn't seem to matter much either. However, by then I was swimming in denars and the small percentage difference didn't matter; Marnid's trading skills might matter at the lower, less wealthy stages.

Trading is a party skill, Marnid's skill (3) has brought the cost of salt down from 78 to 74, so it is useful. However I don't know if party skills are cumulative or based on the highest party member.

I have a question.. Are party skills comulnative? Ie, if one hero has a pathfinding of 2 and the other pathfinding 1, do I end up with a party effect of pathfinding 2 or 3?

Oh, and what does tracking do at higher levels? I have it at 3 or 4 (I raised it one last level), but I didn't really notice any new information.

The party skills depends on the highest skill that one of your guys posesses. If marnid has surgery of 4 and you have surgery of 3, your party will have surgery of 4.

I'm not exactly sure what tracking does at higher levels. Every now and then it will tell you what party the tracks were made by.

Four denars saved? Wow. I knew keeping Marnid around would pay off someday.

There has been a thread on whether party skills are cumulative and it's easy to find. http://taleworlds.com/v-web/bulletin/bb/viewtopic.php?t=2142&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=party+skill+cumulative
