A nice bonus, an enemy lord had 75 prisoners with him!

It was a really nice bonus, because not only did he have 75 prisoners with him that I could recruit, but 12 of them were Mamlukes!
The only down-side was my army was almost full, i actually let go a bunch of my nord warriors so I could recruit more Sarranids into my Nord army. I have 50 Swadian Knights and 12 Mamlukes now and 10 Mounted Heavy Companions, pretty nicee!

Have you guys every run into this?

It's quite random, I dont know if i've ever seen 75 though 

but yeah, it's a very nice part of the game, and the best way to get high lvl troops.

good deal.  times like that come in handy when capturing a castle or town.  gives you a good start on the garrison and its alot cheaper lol.

I had the opposite problem. I was in a huge battle 700vs700 and I was equipped, along with my companions, with blunt weapons, and my lords rode away with like 100 prisoners each. Along comes sanjar khan and attacks one of them, increasing his 300 strong army to 400, because that lord's army was mostly wounded already. I ended up having to call up some friendly lords in an emergency to take him out. I wasn't marshall, but luckily the nearly lords had good relationships with me so they followed me to the asskicking.
