Sergeant Knight
I've left SP for a while and I have decided to go back into it. My old unfinished save games bore me and I wanted to start a new one. The only thing stopping me is that I don't feel like doing my usual ride on a horsie and kill ze enemy very easily playthrough. I just wanted some of your opinions on a fun way to play, and suggest a faction. (Not the Nords, I always join the Nords)

Try the Rhodoks, go infantry or archer. In fact, archery can be very rewarding during sieges.

Try something new like starting your own kingdom, and if you have already helping a claimant rebel. And if you've done that, experiment. You could go bandit, looting and pillaging and robbing caravans and sneaking into towns. Or you could be a mercenary with your loyalty lying only in the profit.

Try add in some 'AI stupidity' facts, like always trying to keep max party units and if they desert they desert, if you owe them money go pillage.  Or instead of becoming a honourable gentleman, be a thug lord instead.  Make friends with the hypocrites always support war, and whatever the opposite of what you use to do before.  And join the Khergits, as they would always require micro-managing to beat any other heavy calvary or heavy infantry units (Nords/Rhodoks).

I do have an another idea, it was posted somewhere on singleplayer thread long time ago but start with 149% difficulty (maximum) and roam out and do whatever you want, but the moment you faint you quit the game by clicking retire adventure and see how good you did. (always a challenge)
