A new feature I'd like implemented.

The forums have a few threads that are hundreds of pages long. The "say cheese"-thread, for an example was 220+ last time I checked. Now, what if I wanted to check out page 100? the pages you can select are always the +/-2 the one you are viewing, so you'd have to click 50 times to get to the page you want. What I'm proposing is a drop-down list or something out of which you could choose a specific page if you so desired. Is this at all possible?

That would be good, too for the really big mod threads, when you want to find a recent screenshot or info.

Nice idea, but I'm not sure that a drop down
works well with 100's of pages. A fill-in form
space would be more reasonable. Never seen
the latter on any site though.

Please don't use other languages if you can't spell them properly.  Its voila.  (I know, I don't have an accent over the 'a', sue me.)

Anyhow, I'm in.  I'd love such a feature for the Werewolf games.

Knowing Myn Donos, he probably didn't realise it was French.

Obviously enough, I support the idea.

My wife's step-father used to pronounce it vo-ila. Not sure which is worse.
He was reading to her and her mother, and just came out with it.

Found an old post on the SMF forums where someone posted code to accomplish it. Had to be modified to make it work, but:

That look about right? I chopped down the "Next Page ->" and "<- Previous Page" so they just have arrows with pop-up text in order to better fit in the "jump to page" stuff.

Can we get this feature to be used in topics to save from searching for a thread 50 pages in as well?
