A mod or tweak to fix my bloody head

When I ride my horse in first person, as I prefer doing, my neck goes forward into the screen and it appears I have eyes in the base of the back of my neck, which makes me sad DX

I searched around for ten or fifteen minutes before deciding to just register and ask. Is there some way for me to fix my off-center head? It's driving me mad.

I usually do this since it feels weird being able to turn your head 180 degrees on first person.

Yeah. Reminds me of the days when you could stare straight down your own back and look yourself right in the buttocks with the first person camera.
