Hello!
So far I'm really enjoying the game, but I definitely think that it is far from being perfect.
For this reason I want to provide some (mainly political) suggestions which would change the game a lot. I know that they would be very hard to implement, so these are just some ideas you might share or not.

For this reason I want to provide some (mainly political) suggestions which would change the game a lot. I know that they would be very hard to implement, so these are just some ideas you might share or not.
Internal politics
- Civil wars: clans should be able to wage war against their overlord or another clan. Goals could be: becoming the new king/emperor, becoming independent from the overlord, take another vassal's fief. The only thing I've seen so far is a war when you try to leave the kingdom.
- Vassallage system: clans should be able to have other clans under their control. In the Middle Ages king's vassals would have his own vassals and so on. This would make the game way more interesting, especially for the civil war feature explained above, because the sub vassals would join their overlord into his civil war.
- Internal alliance system: clans should be able to ally with other clans inside the same faction, allies would then join their friends in a civil war. They could also get aid by another faction, with the goal of destabilising the faction.
- Empire: empires in the game are not actual empires. In the Middle Ages, empires were formed by more kingdoms, whose kings were emperor's vassals. Kings had their own vassals. Again, this would make the game more interesting, as the emperor would have to try to centralise the power by becoming king of the subject kingdoms and would have to manage his relationships with the kings.
- War goals: factions must have a casus belli to declare war on other nations, this would prevent some snowballing by blocking kings to easily declare war on other nations and crushing them easily.
- Advanced diplomacy: options to improve relationships, vassalize, etc.
- Creating a kingdom: creating a kingdom is so painful and boring, and it doesn't make sense. I preferred much more the Warband's system where you could refuse to give your fief to the king declaring a war. As for civil wars, you could invite other clans before declaring yourself independent, and they would join your cause.
- AI's kingdom: Other clans should also be able to create a kingdom. For example a clan lead by a power-hungry vassal might want to declare independence and found their own kingdoms.
