A kingdom has conquered the entire map - Help

I know your pain. Are all playthroughs like this ? Does the snowballing happen all the time, on all games ? Or is just a rare random occurance for some people ?

In my current game the western empire is gone and the northern empire has one town and three castles. The Khuzait and Battanians each have large kingdoms and they are now fighting each other. The Vlandians and Sturgians still have all of thier orginals towns and are currently fighting over castles, some of which used to belong to the northern empire. The southern empire kept moving south and took half of the Aserai territory.

My game had several mini snowballs, but no one has become dominant yet.

There were a couple of errors that were patched. They caused the Aserai lowest troop to be wrong, and for lords to not replenish their stock of fighters after battle. I discovered quickly that a new game was required for the patched changes to show though.

Dont worry guys. I can tell you now that everything is possible. I had to fight with 4000 Soldiers against over 20k Battanians. And now after many hours its 17k vs 3.2k. 2 Citys left and my Kingdom own everything. I have to admit that I had to play on very easy to make it possible.
