Imo DragonKing should be top 1 in Cav, yesterday at Draft Cup he had best stats by far.

Chao is too low, Walker aswell even if he is playing in div B he can match up with almost all cav in div A.

Added duelist ratings and to avoid a biased opinion I didn't rate myself on my own, but asked 5 people to rate me on a scale from 90 to 100 and out of 5 these numbers, the average number is my duelist rating. You can see their answers in the spoiler below, all of them agreed to make them public.
