Ok guys , i searched for this so dont bite my head off and pour moulten lead in my body cavities.

(hundred years mod)I recently bought a lame charger, because i was thinking the equine beast would heal yes*900 ecu*? SO my question is two fold

1) DO horses heal...
2) how long approximatly will it take the charger if no 1. is yes to heal to a normal charger??? keep in mind i have no surgery skill, or any healing skills whatsoever.

They do heal, but it takes a while, determined by your/party member's surgery skill

Last estimate I remember being stated was about 30 days without any surgery skill.

Yeah, just keep it in the inventory and it heals. Swayback horses can be healed back to normal if they get crippled first, unless that has changed haven't tried that in awhile.

Mine took about 30 days with 0 wound treatment, faster with higher skill.

what about a lame horse? same skill apply?

I think it is lame horses that can heal after injury (getting crippled on battlefield). Not sure about swaybacked. I'm almost positive though that stubborn ones remain stubborn.... wonder if anyone has ever taken a stubborn, got it crippled and seen if it heals back to stubborn or just vanilla.

It's a good idea, if you don't need a horse right away.

I have done that and the stubborm trait is also removed after healing from being lame. Well, at least it did in 0.632 anyways.

Swaybacked and Stubborn both return to vanilla after the horse has been lamed and healed, unfortunately so do heavy and spirited

SUCCESS!!! MY lame charger bought for 952 ecu has become a full healed charger retail price of 3528(?? close enaugh). MUHAHAHAHAHAH
