1. Is it possible to marry a lady without the familes consent? If so what are the consequences of not having their approval?

2. Becoming a king....How exactly is this possible? Right now I'm a Swadian vassal and want to be a king....am I taking over swadia somehow or am I making my own kingdom? Do I have a choice? How are those things possible? Right now I have Halmarr and 2 villages.

3. What is a good way of improving my relations with lords now that they nerfed quests?

4. how do i throw a feast?

1. Yes. If she loves you, she will run away with you if you have a town/castle. The consequence is losing relationship points.
2. To be a king you have to own fiefs independently, without being a vassal and then aim for recognition.
3. By throwing feasts, of course.
4. You need to have a wife. You can talk to her about this and organize a feast.

thanks for the response.

So I take it i cant be king of swadia then...oh well. Once I marry Ill leave and take my fiefs with me I guess.

So what is this right to rule thing and what does it do?  How do i get it? I think i have some already.

The right to rule thing changes you from just a rebal group to a recognized faction. Without it, the other factions won't consider making peace with you, and I assume it does other things.

To get "right to rule", you can marry into a noble family, convince enemy lords to join your cause, and send your companions (like Rolf and Borcha) out to toot their horns about how awesome you'd be as a ruler.

Oh, and a note about sending companions out: some companions don't like it when other companions advertise for you. Basically, they don't like the stuff that's being said, and their relation with you will go down. Also, if they complain and you haven't already gotten them to go out and do their little advertising, they won't give you the option later.

Just call yourself Swadian Empire and persuade other Swadian lords to join you with their fiefs.
