A faction idea

All factions in native and most of the mods are just factions who already established they're powers, they don't seem to evolve at all. So I got an idea for some kind of faction. The faction is weak in the beginning but as days progress, the amount of troops the lords in that faction can hold gradually increase. In order to survive early game, they rely on random mercenary spawns that have good relation with them. The mercenaries are not related to their faction except for alliance sake.

This is kind of like a "late" game faction, they suck in the beginning but are at their apex in the end with mercenaries and huge troop sizes. It also means that the player or the other factions would need to eliminate that faction quickly before it's too late.
