- More heroes, but not to own but a computer played heroes and their armies
- quests that build up stories
exmaple:
farmer is searching for its familly that was taken by some Computer Player Hero.
To finish that quest you gotta finish smaller quests for different people wich will guide you to the end of primary quest.

- smarter quest related behaviour of my army. I get a quest to capture nobleman and my army kills it instantly.. Or maybe when we need horses , they kill them etc...
- prisoners can be questioned
- tax caravans
- small vilages and towns
- Computer heroes can capture castles
- Catapults
- Castels can be used for training ground storage etc.
- Marriages (same as in Pirates by Sid Meyer)
- Personal land (would like to build my own castle)
- Atack on the cities (for loot) (maybe capturing a city / build your own / help a city to rise)
- In game information gathering with spies ...
- Monsters legends (quests) - it's medival time, they actually believed in witchcraft and wizzardy (allthough nothing was true)
- Church (the hipocrasy of a church would greatly improve the game experience)
example:
You get a quest from a ArchBishop and then as usually he sends you into ambush .. to get rid of you .. and stuff like that ..

I know these are pretty much long term ideas, but since this game is one of the three games I'm playing all the time I hope I can help a bit with small ideas ...
