Fenril
Recruit

Small ideas:
1) Increase the font size for the reports/factions/quests menus.
2) Add more detail...or give a little more soul to the faction/character descriptions, textual descriptions for other items and situations in the game would be welcome.
3) Call the faction/characters/quest menu "journal" instead of "factions"?
Other Ideas.
3) Bring back the recruit menu from previous versions, the tavern direct npc recruit is not as flexible and in my humble opinion losing flexibility does not go well the with MnB concept.
4) Add custom battle behaviour AI commands to npc dialog or make a streamlined menu for them for all your companions/troop types, simple commands for individual/type units like those in Band of Warriors would be nice.
5) Work on the "party" menu to better divide between companions and other troop types as well as the displaying of party skill effects, maybe put some of the party "reports" in that screen focused on the characters and with a bit more detail, a couple of scroll bars wouldnt hurt either.
6) Finally since so much is being redone or refined I think a slight rebalancing or reworking of the character development skills would be welcome, things like inventory management losing relevance with the new system for NPC's could be done away with and I think at least in the skill list they should be clearly separated between combat/party skills for example.
My biggest and probably only serious gripe:
Do consider implementing some sort of real universal faction conflict system ( similar to TLD, yeah yeah I know) in which one faction can be obliterated and another rise in numbers and power depending on your and the other npc heroes actions, in which some sort of victory, no matter how hard and long fought for is possible, as well as an utter defeat of course.
I like the freeform aspects of MnB but I think once you reach the upper mid levels and gain good gear the game starts to lose any sort of real focus, the old missions I dont really miss, maybe a flexible reward system for doing things like saving/escorting a caravan or intercepting raiders could be done without visiting your lord every 2 game days.
Well thats it, I was bored and I posted, sorry in advance if this isnt in the correct thread or whatever.
