In Progress a bug that seems to happen to alot of people but couldnt find a resolution

Summary:i would like to say i bought this game about a week ago and have enjoyed it alot games great and time consuming. my issue derives from the main quest. i am on the "eliminate southern empire" its the last empire standing. war progress shows negative 100 to 100. i "think" the problem is that they lost all of their cities and castles before i started the eliminate the empire part of the quest now i cant finish the campaing.. been trying to see if i could use a cheat to give them fiefs to take them back and see if that would work but i couldnt find a way to do it.. i am using mods Improved garrison and Destinguished service
How to Reproduce:
Have you used cheats and if so which: give player money and teleport to speed up them campaign

its fine man i just wanted to finish it before hogwarts legacy came out so i didnt feel guilty when starting a new game lmao
