the queue is STILL broken. you have to use the custom server browser to play captain

Resolved - Khuzait Rabble unit perk "conscript" in Captain mode is bugged

Summary: If you are Khuzait and pick the Rabble unit in Captain mode with the perk called "conscript" instead of 5% damage reduction it will give you 50% damage reduction. You need literally 1 minute to fix this, here let me help you: should be changed to -0.05...

They said they fixed it, but a new update just came out and it's still not fixed. It's a one-line XML file change and presents a huge balance issue for the captain gamemode, so it's shocking that they haven't fixed it still.
