950 Random Crazy Dancing Dead Horses

Every once in a while horse ragdolls will totally flip out and jump up to 20 feet in the air for no apparent reason, flailing and distorting, and often freezing in midair.  Another related thing is that sometimes the ragdolls will not activate at all but neither will the regular death animation, resulting in a horse that looks like it's standing idle but can't be interacted with.

Yeah I'm seeing it too.  Horse die and their image just stands there, which is really confusing when you're looking for a horse to mount.

I think I figured out what causes the horse ragdoll to fail to start.  It's when you kill the horse in the short time after you've killed it's rider but before it's mountable again.

i never saw horses at xx feet but saw the  the horses "ghosts" sliding near walls

i saw horses just fading away when i follow a dismounted one curiously

That happened before too. Probably a good thing, a big khergit army and the field would be full of horses. Though the ghost horse was a scary sight to see.
