944 Recruits out of 1510 Soldiers, quantity over quality!

This feels a bit silly. I had plenty of fights vs recruits only last hours, there is no time for NPC to train up his soldiers since the battle goes on and on and on? I rarely fight any enemy lords unless i have to since i try keep map even between the factions.

edit: I just found some threads about this issue, hopefully it will be solved sooner or later

There was a previous topic about it, I believe. I posted in it as well. Here is a response from a Dev.

It's not 100% the same thing but I think it basically is. What happens is lords and parties will always hire new troops. Thus when they are over their limit, they get desertions. Most times it seems like this is their top tier troops, leaving them with tons of low tier troops.
