Gaining ranks comes with time spent in the regiment and activity. To be a high ranking NCO or officer we will decide whether you've got what it takes.
Training we will do in the evenings, when everyone is free. And we were going to get up a training server but then something happened to the server box.
Remember to come to our Teamspeak server ts.rccclan.com and then we can sort you out on steam.
