91st Group Fighting Server Abuse

Ok so, my self and my regiment (13thSLI) has been playing on the 91st Group Fighting Server (the actual name display name "Groupfighting Server")

So basically for the last 3 or 4 days we have been playing on the server, and we enjoyed the hell out of it. Pure melee on custom tight maps. It was a lot of fun. Almost 24/7 there was an admin from the 91st on doing their job. Kicking the ones that were shooting. I give my props to those admins.

But yesterday, 27/06 at about 9/10pm GMT I took 10 of my guys on the server. Like always it was fun. At the time the admin was the colonel of 91st (James Steward I believe, I can not fully remeber his name) and this is the first time we saw him admin the sever. About 2 maps in one of my guys got kicked because he was not ranker, even though he was (admin believed he was Partizani) which is acceptable to make mistakes. 1 map later, one of my guys team killed (he team killed james I believe) and straight away he got a kick from server. This was his first team kill and the admin made a message "that teamkill sucked". So I get my guys to leave the server and I make one last message to the admin. I told him how unproffesional he was and how the others did a better job, also I ended up calling him a "****ing Troll" which straight after I got a permanent ban.

In this post, I am not trying to rip off the 91st or their Server. Instead poor admin ship by one individual. The server is very enjoyable and I do recommend it but not when James is administrating. Good luck to the 91st, I hope James sees this so he can look back at how much of an idiotic thing he did.

Not really abuse considering there was no one around us when he stabbed me and he just stabbed me so I kicked him, may want to know what your talking about before you throw wild accusations. Partizans are not allowed on the server and unfortunately like shooting we can't limit them so we have to admin them as such. So in short, I kicked him for intentionally tking me. If need be I can muster up the logs. We try to admin the server to the best of our ability and lately we've been bringing in non 91st members as admins to give a wider range of opinions as such.

Now I hope you can look back what at you've just typed and see how idiotic it was. Please next time when you want to accuse me, actually know what's going on.

First off the guy was ranker, he was not partizani. As I say, we all make mistakes. But then another one of my guys got a team kill. You kicked him straight away. Then you made a stupid comment. It was his first TK and just because it pissed you off it don't mean you can abuse by kicking him from the server. Then again, you made a stupid comment which pissed my guys off. They wanted to say **** back, I said don't we'll just leave.

If you think that's the best way to admin then sir I am sorry you are wrong. I don't have grief to anyone but you for acting rationally. I am not throwing random accusations. Furthermore he was in a cluster of at least 4/5 people not just you. So don't cover your back by saying it was intentional. And logs sir won't help you on this one.

You aren't right Diego, he can admin however he likes, and he says that it was an intentional teamkill, then that usually warrents a slay/kick, it is up to the admin to choose, doesn't make it admin abuse just because you disagree with a decision. And regardless of the comment made, if it wasn't insulting in any way, and it wasn't trollish either, then there isn't anything to complain about there, he "made a stupid teamkill" and so that was what was written as the reason...
And I think you should phrase part of what you said there a bit better, you are angry at him for "acting rationally"?....

And it's not just that. A good solid server needs good solid admins. Not ones that will kick you for a TK then call you stupid behind your back. I don't do that on my server, I don't do that on United_PW, I don't expect that to be done on a decent server with decent players such as that very server.

I made a post to let other people know to bare carefull and not "stupid".

Diego, you were wrong, Tavington (James Stewart)  did not kick your guy.  I did.  I did it because he was a partisan, I knew he was a partisan because he had just killed me.  He then rejoined with no problems.  If you TK then you will be slayed/kicked at  the Admins discretion, some are more lenient than others.  The admin is 'king' on the server, if you didn't like his decision, just leave the server, if you want to be TKing and going partisan then find a server which allows that.  The 91st Group Fighting server does not.

Private servers can do whatever they like with their powers. If they wanted to ban people for moving to the left or not chatting with a cockney accent, that is their own prerogative. If you  do not enjoy how the server is run I highly recommend not playing on it.

Alright listen, no point arguing over this. You're pretty much saying what you said at the start, and I would reply to this the way I did before.

I am just no happy with the way you "rule" the server. Sure it's your server, but why kick (even if he was partizani, which I am still sure he wasn't) and there is no need to kick for 1 single TK even if it was intentional (which still, it wasn't).

But I see we won't come to a conclusion. You run the server your way, but the way you're doing it at the moment expect to get complaints. What is need to be said has been said.

Thing that pisses me off the most is you guys seem pretty decent, you're not "****ing trolls" that was rational of me to call James that. But you gotta understand when you call one of my men stupid I don't take kindly to that. Anyway I'll leave this thread, if it turns into a bigger fire storm I'll lock it.

Private servers can do whatever they like with their powers. If they wanted to ban people for moving to the left or not chatting with a cockney accent, that is their own prerogative. If you  do not enjoy how the server is run I highly recommend not playing on it.

You gotta understand, the server is run mostly good. Also I told my guys to leave after the incident. I think they have a good thing going on here and making rational decisions like that will wreck it for them. I'd recommend this server my self, and I did recommend it to other CWD as well. I take my time to write this thread because I want to express my views, my views are worth expressing because this is not ****hole server.

I just thought I'd say that sometimes people lag and accidentally stab or accidentally tap their mouse and TK, it does happen sometimes. Maybe you should see if they do it again, or give a warning before immediately kicking? But yeah, thought I'd put my opinion in there. ¬Platypus

I agree with Diego about this abuse.  Although i did do some trolling, considering i shot into the air not killing anyone.  But when i did shoot into the air the admin would slay me.  I understand that you a'rent allowed to shoot but come on, i shot in to mid air.  After he slayed me once i told James that he was admin abusing and i did call him a "fag", my apologies for that.  He proceeded by saying " this is abuse".  And he perma banned me from the server.  I am notifying that i do not agree with the admin James and his decisions, but i understand that he was BANNING me.  I think i deserved a kick.  I am asking for a unban please.

You called me a fag after I several times told you to stop shooting, the rules say no shooting it meens no shooting, it honestly can't be that hard to follow.

And for future referance please don't call admins fag's and then not expect a ban.
