How would i be able to do this

To start have a look at other regiment threads and see what your missing out,how long your regiments been going,the history of the actual regiment if there was one...
Perhaps add a roster and ranks too.

I'd suggest you try to find this all out BEFORE trying to raise a regiment, really...
