I figured that our schedule is open enough as it is considering we primarily do the Saturday line battle only and it seems like decent fun. We could at least try it out a little and see if it's any good. I played for a while today and formed a 2 man shotgun brigade with Sandman lol It felt good to kill Yankees once again I think NaS could be good as long as it doesn't end up like Secession.
Btw I looked up one of my ancestors who fought in the Civil War. My mom found out about him while doing that Ancestry thing.
His name was Henry Starcher and he enlisted in the 3rd Regiment Virginia State Line (Infantry and Cavalry) on 29 August 1861 in Calhoun County, Virginia Company A (The Moccasin Rangers. He was 5' 10-1/2" (Which was pretty tall for the times), light complexion, blond hair, blue eyes, and well muscled. He was captured in 1863 when his company was ambushed by a Union cavalry raid, they were taken by surprise but he still managed to help his younger brother Jacob Starcher escape. He escaped less than a month later and found his younger brother Jacob, who had joined the 19th Virginia Cavalry, Company A. Henry joined the 19th and served throughout the rest of the war with his brother. They had two other brothers, Thomas Starcher, who was killed in action; and Philip Starcher who was 6', dark hair, hazel eyes, and an extreme love for his state. When talking about Bull Run he would say that "The blood ran up to the skirts of my saddles." They were from the area that is currently West Virginia (which was anti-secession) but they were pro-secession (although there's belief that Henry didn't have much of an opinion on secession or state's rights and that he only joined to protect his brothers, the younger Jacob in particular)
