(.751 M&B & storymod 1.2) problem with dhorak castle

so i decided to be a dark knight and all since they are pretty sick nasty
its all working fine until i accept my first quest to do the whole flanking shin dig
i get stuck in the castle from the outside view for several days in the game then what happened is the following.

-I accidentally went back into the castle and thne i hit the tab key and clicked "leave keep"
that doesnt work...it clicks but it doesnt do anything.

-i reload my saved game and now im back outside the castle,but if I try to move the game crashes to my desktop

this is quite frusttrating.
since im not very far, should I  just start a new game?

Probably a corrupted save game. You'd get better answers in the actual mod forum though rather than here...
