On normal exit, I'm still getting the WSOD (white screen of death), followed by the usual XP message that there has been an error. This has happened on every normal exit I've done.

Systems specs:
P4 2.4 Ghz
1 GB Ram
no video card
WinXP Home

yup same deal happens with me.

It also happened once immediately after character is created. Right after my guy walks into Zendar and the first message pops up: white screen of emptiness ...

No video card?

same here i never get it otherwise but as soon as i exit from the main menu (not the in game one, the one with load start new game and exit) It doesn't really matter too much except that it is a pain cos you have to work out where the mouse is before you can click don't send...

Yeah I get it every time I click 'exit to windows' as well.

Celeron
P 800
256 Mb ram
geforce 2

(lmao)

And occasonally it just exits itself, once when talking to Marnid in the Lucky Boar, once when lancing some poor fool in the head. But tbh I'm just glad it runs at all..

I think the CTD's are just random, and something that occurred in .710. I assume Armagan is already working on a fix.

Two things which may be causing the crash on exit:

1. Video drivers. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card, else they could be causing a problem with M&B unloading.

2. Background apps. Go to start -> run and type msconfig. Hit enter. On the screen that appears, click the startup tab.
Uncheck everything except your anti-virus and firewall(Win 9x users will also need to leave ScanRegistry, LoadPowerProfile, System Tray and Explorer checked). Click OK and reboot when prompted. Try the game now and see if the problem persists.

I even run it without my anti-virus and firewall.
when i play M&B, it's the only thing active but still i get that white screen of bleeping exceptional error... ah well... waiting for version 8.1 hehehe

Same problem here. Fresh windows installation, newest drivers etc.

I know this might not really help. Ihad this bug before, but with patch 7.11 it was fixed for me. Also having the full version might help!
