(.703) Borcha doesn't use all available throwing weapons

After starting a new .703 game, I noticed that Borcha does not use all the throwing weapons I give him - with a knife, a big bag of throwing axes and a big bag of jarid, he only uses the axes and then pulls out the knife. Gave him two big bag of jarid, and he only uses one of them before pulling out his knife.

Hero AI should use all available weapons!

AFAIK no AI characters ever use more than one stack of missile ammo. Dunno if it's a bug or intentional.
