I would like to congradulate the following on their promotions!

Doomis to the Special Rank of Sharpshooter for his excellent aim! The first in the regiment to be reward with such a rank.
Aze (Sizzlor) to Conscript for proving himself - welcome to the regiment as a full member.
Frozen to Conscript for also proving himself - Welcome!

I would also like to annoucement the change of the name of the voltigeur rank to soldat.

Sorry for being a French chump, but instead of "Regiment d'Voltigeurs" it should be "Regiment des Voltigeurs." In French, the "d'" only goes in front of words starting with a vowel, and some other certain letters. V is not one of them.
