Welcome!
Welcome to the 65th Weekly Siege Event, this is our second time hosting it, so we hope it runs smoothly. Please take the time to read the rules, and pass them on to your members, as it makes the whole experience a lot more fun and enjoyable for all. The server is hosted in Germany, EU people normally get 40-80 ping, and US get around 130-180.
This event will start 7:45pm GMT or 2:45 EST
20 - 25 minutes a round (if castle isn't captured), up to 10 rounds (Depending how quick the castle is or isn't caught). Spread over 2 maps. Teams will also swap each map to make it fair and to add a new experience to the battle
- Line Infantry 25
- Skirmishers 10*
- Artillery 5*
- Artillery Guards 5
General Rules
- Do not troll/flame people.
- Try and keep to the amount of men you sign up with.
- Discrimination/major swearing is not allowed, we don't mind the occasional swearword, but keep discrimination out.
- Stick to the class you sign up with.
- Don't argue with admins, their decision is final.
- Attackers, if you die when charging, you can only rejoin your line if they are outside the castle, if they are inside wait until they respawn or capture the flag.
Line Infantry
- Stay in line unless charging a breach, the castle or climbing a ladder.
- Once inside the castle, you can go out of line.
- Defenders cannot leave the fort.
- Do not deliberately aim for officers.
- Do not deliberately team kill.
- Don't crouch in line, but you can when in cover.
Skirmisher
- Stay in one group.
- You can spread out, but keep it sensible.
- You can have a sapper in your line to build defences.
- The sapper can leave the line to put explosive crates by the castle wall. (Attackers only..)
Artillery
- You are allowed a maximum of 2 cannons.
- Don't kick the person firing the cannon.
- Don't purposely shoot your team mates. (Common sense applys here..)
- Only choose cannons, don't get howitzers or rockets.
Artillery Guards
- When defending, stay with the artillery.
- When attacking, if you get bored you can go with the line infantry.
- Have an officer.
- When going with the line infantry, stay with them until you get inside the castle, then you can split off.
