The 65th Regiment of Foot are looking to expand our army!​

Are you a small regiment and are finding it hard to recruit those much needed players? Well, you don't have to work so hard anymore!

The 65th are accepting regiments to merge into us as their own companys/battalions, depending on your size!​

You will have full independence in regards to;

[*]Deciding who joins you.
[*]Deciding who to promote inside your company.
[*]Kicking members out of your company.
[*]Doing your own linebattles if you want. (You can also come with us, and may be called upon if we are short)

What do we ask of you?

• You wear our 65th tags in your name, I.E '65th_company_rank_name'.
• You let us know of any major leadership changes within your company.
• You try to keep your activity up, as a company.
• And most importantly, do not troll on any servers.

What's in it for you if you join?

• You will become either Captain or Major of your company (Depends on your Activity/Skill/Size of Company)
• You will have the opportunity to fight in some pretty big linebattles, alongside other company's.
• You will get your own section on our 100 slot teamspeak 3 server, and access to our 200 slot training server.
• We will also help you recruit, as when we ask people to join, we do not recruit for our own company's, we recruit for the army. So whatever the recruit is interested in, they can join as.

I think you misunderstood what Menelaos was saying. An army consists of full regiments with there own line of command and commonly are of the same faction. What you have described is really just the 65th with a bunch of companies. In some regiments the usage of multiple lines are referred to as Company A and so on. Now, this might appeal to some people but for the most part it would take away the full independence a lone regiment would feel. If you were to reform this into some sort of army you might  get a little more attention. Not a bad idea. But for smaller regiments, this would feel as their command is being usurped.

Armies really don't do much anymore. Armies are more of a community that help each other and use the same resources such as teamspeak and NW servers. Take the Prussian Army for example. It consists of the 1stEPI, the 19te, the 1stFKI, and so on and we just chill with each other. The only thing that is really universal within the army is the scrimmage we have on Thursdays. You might get more attention if you do something like that.

This is just another way of doing it I guess, and I know that regiments will loose their independence, and their name. But in return they are getting a very helpful group of people, a 200 slot server, a 100 slot TS3, and fun times
