25th Regiment of Foot Guards spent 6 Months doing awesome things under 4thCC and now we got ourselves organized and the name changed to 54e régiment d’infanterie to get things more sorted. And now, we are in this historical name for glory and honour to the Imperial Eagle. The 25th had good times, and now there will be more.

Revolution and First EmpireIn 1791, just before the French Revolution, it lost its royal title and first became the 54th Line Infantry Regiment, then in 1793 the 54e demi-brigade de bataille (consisting of the 1st Puy-de-Dôme Volunteers’ Battalion and the 1st Indre Volunteers’ Battalion). From 1796 it was made up of the 43e demi-brigade de bataille (itself made up of 1st battalion of the 22nd Line Infantry Regiment, 4th Seine-et-Oise Volunteers’ Battalion, and the 3rd Lot Volunteers’ Battalion). In 1803 it reverted to its title of 54th Line Infantry Regiment. Distinguished at Barossa and led the assault on Le Haye sainte at Waterloo. Between 1804 and 1815 it lost 23 officers killed, 89 wounded and 14 died of wounds. During this period it fought at:
1792 : battle of Valmy and battle of Jemmapes.
1793 : Kaiserlautern.
1794 : Mainz - Battle of Mainz.
1799 : battle of Bergen, battle of Alkmaar.
1800 : battle of Hohenlinden.
1805 : battle of Dürenstein and battle of Austerlitz.
1806 : Crewitz and Lubeck .
1807 : Battle of Ostrołęka and battle of Friedland.
1808 : Espinosa and Somo-Sierra .
1809 : battle of Essling, battle of Wagram, and battle of Talevera-de-la-Reyna .
1810 : Saint-Louis .
1811 : Barossa/Chiclana, battle of Fuentes de Oñoro, and Zujar.
1812 : Tarifa and Cadiz.
1813 : Oignon, battle of Vitoria, Col de Maya, battle of Dresden, battle of Leipzig, and Danzig.
1814 : battle of Bar-sur-Aube, Fère-Champenoise, and Maestricht.
1815 : battle of Waterloo.
1815-1914 It became a ‘légion -Infanterie de ligne' from 1816 to 1820, reverting to 54th Line Infantry Regiment from 1820 to 1854 and finally taking its present name in 1854. From 1828 to 1833 it took part in the Morea expedition supporting Greek independence, especially the siege of the fort at Morea.

We have two parts that is the Grenadiers which is the elite Company team and Fusiliers which are low or middle class company

Code of Conduct:
1. Do not team kill. If an accident occurs, apologize to the person you killed. 2. Do not type while marching, shooting, or other drills. 3. Always get Permission To Speak. PTS for short. 4. Do not bob your head, head bang, kick, or any other disruptive act. 5. Be respectful of all players, but especially Non-Commissioned Officers and Commissioned Officers. Racism and discrimination will not be tolerated and such behavior will result in demotion or removal from the regiment. 6. Follow orders immediately and to the best of you ability. 7. Leave no man behind. Everyone must work as one. 8. If someone is trying to provoke you into team killing them, do not do so. Seek out the ranking official on the server to deal with the matter. 9.Be courageous in battle. Orders are given to prevent your death and achieve victory. Cowardice brings punishment. 10.If you must be Away From Keyboard during a formation then step out of the formation and let the ranking official know. 11.Raging, cursing, insulting, or other disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action. |
