We represent the Line company in the historical 51st and plan on dividing into two separate companies as we grow. The 51st Regiment is a new, but experienced regiment lead by veteran leaders and players. Our main goal is to form a brilliant group of intelligent gentlemen that do their duty on and off the battlefield. We would love to achieve fluidity and grace on the field, but have fun while doing it. This regiment is not overly strict, but discipline and family-like with it's members. We will be competing, but in a fun and exciting way. We have open arms to new players and are willing to teach and show them how to get better. Lastly, we plan to incorporate some realism techniques in the regiment; such as, historical names, drill, commands, and participating in the 87th Realism Event. Overall, if you are looking for a structured, discipline, and organized regiment, the 51st awaits you.

The 51st was formed in 1755 for service during the Seven Years' War. Originally numbered the 53rd, Napiers, Regiment of Foot, and bearing the name of its colonel, Robert Napier, it was re-numbered in 1757, with the name of its new colonel, as 51st Brudenells Regiment. In 1759 they saw action at the battle of Minden, which later became their first battle honour. Following the war, the 51st had garrison duty in Ireland and Minorca, acquiring their county association in 1783 as the 51st (West Riding) Regiment. The regiment was at Gibraltar at the start of the French Revolutionary Wars and in 1795 they were in Corsica at the siege of Calvi. In 1803-05, it took part in the Kandyan Wars in Sri Lanka. In 1808, the 51st became a Light Infantry regiment, with a line battalion and took part in Peninsular War, where they fought in every major action. Following Napoleon's escape from Elba in 1815, they fought in the Battle of Waterloo.

Don't hesitate to enlist! Once you join you are not bound to the regiment. You may leave whenever you want after notifying an Officer. Once you enlist you will go for most likely three weeks of events and trainings before officially becoming a private, in which you may then be promoted through the ranks. Promotions do not come easily and quickly in the regiment, but slow and steady; to ensure we have the right people leading the regiment. We have most of our events on the Weekends; Friday-Sunday at 7:30 PM EST. If you wish to participate in Linebattles, merc for us, or join; add that steam contact below and may God Save the King!

Further Information can be acquired by adding the steam contact below.
