501st Clone Troopers Legion

I created this page in this clan section with the approval of Alene. As you may have noticed, we are not a Native clan. However, I do believe there should be a section for 'Other Clans' from mods without boards or without rights to boards. As a clan that's been in this community for over three years(formally) I thought it was a bit sad we have no place on the forum of our favourite game. The 501stCTL is primarily a Bear Force II clan though we try to maintain our presence on any other mods we enjoy, some of the more common are Deluge, Rome at War and Full Invasion 2. The thread is simplistic, as are we. All further information below:

With the currently ongoing WPL2 we have started our first steps in competitive Native.

As a part of our Bannerlord preparations to start off as Bannerlord's Native clan, it was time to explore the competitive scene. As expected, since all we have been wielding in the past few years were blasters and guns, our performance isn't impressive. There is a long road for us to traverse however it's also an enjoyable challenge. For now we are playing under the tag and banner of Bad Name Studios, the two dozen officers and members who make the core of the 501st and Bear Force.

So far I'd like to thank the DoF and tQ clans for holding training matches with us and here are our results so far(From first to latest matches):

We have lots of learning, improving and practicing ahead, if you want to arrange a training match or if you think you want to help the team you are always welcome.

Thank you, although I don't mind the community attitude. It's just what it's supposed to be like - the more veteran/experienced you are, the better you will perform. The best part of a clan's lifetime is the buildup phase for me. We're not delusional though, there's a lot of effort, practice and many months will pass before we even deserve a spot in the low-ranking teams and that's completely fine

Thanks to everyone for the best wishes.

Over the past 5 weeks of matches and practice, our starting lineup and core players have crystallized. You'll recognize many of them from the 'Roster' part in the OP, as truly veteran players of the 501st. Of course our main priority always was and will be Bear Force II, but we will try to do as many matches on Native as time allows us. Until further notice we will simply perform under 'Bad Name Studios' since there's no need to get ahead of ourselves and make a proper clan yet, but it will come in the future.
