In 1806, first communication between Mars and Earth was made. The Martian Confederacy was furious with the French after the decline of trade of goods, firearms, and able-bodied soldiers, leading to several attacks on revolutionary France territory. Using the state of the art Zapperhelix Memory-Eraser and Mind-Controller Mark 0.4, the MC military was able to enslave all survivors of the attacks to cover up the attacks, claiming they were caused by the use of cheap gunpowder used in artillery practice. Thanks to Apiljei Sümarert, a council member of the MC, war between Mars and Earth was prevented. Instead, trade between the rival nations of France and the Martian Confederacy was established. British Ambassador and Scotland native Benjamin Walter-Scott delivered the proposal to the Martian Confederacy's Earth Headquarters in Prussia, offering an alliance between the two monarchies. The Martians accepted, sparking a revolution the likes of which only Jupiterians have seen during the gravity wars of 19606-19615, which lead to the ultimate impossibility of life on Jupiter.
The British supplied the Martian Confederacy with ships, and the Martian Confederacy supplied the British with regiments adapted from Martian levitation-based warfare. Occasionally, when the energy levels of the Martian soldiers' equipment became too high, the implanted levitation modules located in Martians' brains (these modules were implanted at birth) would accidentally set off, causing some soldiers to hover in the air, suspended from battle. If it wasn't for implications like these, typically caused by the density of Earth's atmosphere in relation to that of Mars, Stepitrons and Cannomotives would have been more widely used during battles on Earth.
The 42nd Galactic Prime Foot of Ninjas from Mars was the 42nd regiment of its kind. The sector-N colonies of Mars supplied all soldiers for these regiments. Over 80,000 soldiers were trained from the space ninjas of the sector-N colonies. There were also 80,000 soldiers trained from the pirates of the sector-P colonies. In fact, these pirate-based regiments were what lead to the downfall of both the ninja and pirate Martian regiments and brigades.
The 42gp's last battle before being disbanded was Waterloo, the fall of Napoleon's Empire. During an attack on their camp two weeks before the battle, severe casualties were made to the regiment. They were reassigned their duty, to that of modern-day snipers. 300 Martians, each armed with Snipatoons, took the field 200 meters from the rest of the British army. Their total kill count during that battle was 529, but suffered nearly 250 casualties when a wild Brotizarian horde broke free from their cages. The Brotizarians were hardly used in war scenarios for their disobedience, and were finally discharged from all Martian armies after that fateful event. This lead to the ultimate demise of the 42nd Galactic Prime Foot of Ninjas from Mars.
