Could possibly extend it maybe another 2 days as it might draw some more teams forward, no harm in that and could help.

I just think you chose one of the worse times to host the tourney. Also, might be just me but I feel like these tourneys never end and take forever.

Yes this format from NW could be interesting to test out in this tournament, I think it would fit well duel tournaments too
