No, it starts with a long warmup since there were not enough players, because no one could join. This bug is older than 2v2 bug, and 2v2 bug(the one without long warmup) was completely fixed.

IF there is a warmup phase it is not a bug its the feature. If there was not any warmup phase it was a bug.

So-o-o.... Are you saying that all these 3v3s are made intentionally? I mean, skirmish should be played 6v6, isn't it?
If there is not any player to play with (if they are not searching and not joined the server) it is normal.

People are searching for a game and can't join in 3v3s. As I understood the game creates another server for people who's searching for a game and doesn't want to fill the ongoing 3v3 game.
There should be a warmup phase for which the matchmaker is awaiting players to search and join. If there are not any players to join in it is normal for the game to start 3v3.

But it will start and continue to be 3v3, instead of filling the ongoing match the game creates another server for people in queue.
New players can only join a server via matchmaker while it is in warmup or in the first round.

People can even join if the score is 2 - 0(the third round), and sometimes they can't even respawn.
the problem is , there is players queuing but game even at warmup stay fixated on 3v3 for example if one of the 3 / 3 leave it take 1 second for another player to replace it however it never go beyond 3v3 sometimes except sometimes on / after the second round.
Forwarding these, we might have found another bug!
