We are the 3teBIR Brandenburgische Infantrie Regiment. We strive to offer our members an enjoyable and memorable experience. Our members are very friendly and easy to get along with. You will easily make friends within the regiment. We do a lot of fun stuff with the regiment outside of Napoleonic Wars to help keep the enjoyable and fun atmosphere within the clan. we have 1 day each week where we get together and play 1 game of the regiments choice. For example we usually play ArmA 2. During trainings and events we uphold a strict discipline level, this is to help people hear everything as we practice with people individually to help develop their NW skills and as a regiment. Outside of events and trainings the members are quite fun to relax with and play a game or talk about anything.

Hauptmann - Hpt : The regimental leader. His word is final. He will be responsible for leading his regiment into battle as well as maintaining his line and regiment.
Oberleutnant - OLT : Second in command of the regiment. The assistant to the Hauptmann in political and administrative (minor organizing and writing reports etc.) matters. He will act as the regimental leader when the Hauptmann isnt present.
Leutnant - Lt : Lieutenant : The mid officer rank they primarily assist in the field as well as minor administrative work if the higher ranking officers cant. They are expected to be on good relations with other members and keep a high degree of discipline, as well as keeping a good example for all lower ranks.
Feldwebel - Fw : For the most part has the same responsibilities that the normal LT but is 4th in command when in-game. These men are primarily used as file closing sergeants in double rank formations.
Unteroffizier - Uffz : Will primarily assist as an anchor is wheeling this role is primarily to correct rankers and maintain a line while in movement or under fire.
Korporal - Kpl : Will assist the Unteroffizier or Feldwebel in his duties but will mostly have ranker privileges.
Gefreiter - Gefr : The highest Enlisted rank the rank of Gefreiter is given to Soldaten who have shown exceptional skill, been very active or has helped the regiment in a positive manner where it be successful propaganda, Youtube videos or Recruitment of multiple people in a short period of time.
Soldat - Sdt : The bulk of the regiment these men will be the center of our field work. Expected to be good shots and maintain discipline on and of the game. Flawless execution of all commands is required to obtain this rank.
Rekrut - Rek : This Rank is given to new members for a period of roughly 2 weeks however time varies depending on how active the member is. During their time as a Rekrut they will become proficient in formations as well as the art of the line. being skilled at the game however is not required for promotion. A Proficient understanding and flawless execution of all line maneuvers is the bare minimum.
Applicant - App : Upon being accepted into the regiment, you will be given an applicant rank for a period of a week or two depending on your actions and how you represent yourself in the regiment. Once you become an applicant you will place your tags (in teamspeak only) as so: 3teBIR_App_*Name*. This is to specify that you are with us in teamspeak and applying to join the regiment.

We use this Official 3te thread in order to recruit people. Please use the application format provided near the bottom of the thread to apply. Please give us at least 2-4 hours to view your application. Dont worry sometimes we can see your App in 10 minutes, but if we dont see it within a maximum of 4 hours that must mean that me and the Unteroffizier's and above are asleep/not online Atm.

1. You will stay active in the regiment and be mature and loyal. If you are having exams or going on a break please notify the Hauptmann or a NCO that can report it to the Oberleutnant or Hauptmann.
2. No Trolling or Flaming to Anyone in the regiment and to any other members or NCO's in another Regiment. This rule is also in effect during line battles. If you are found doing this in a battle you will be removed from the battle and be given a infraction.
3. You will respect all NCO's. They are your superiors and have worked very hard to be where they are. Disrespect to a NCO can also be included as breaking rule #2 and you could be given 1 infraction up to 3 for your actions. Also note that if you reach a total of 6 infractions in the regiment you will be removed from the Regiment Permanently.
4. When a map is being switched during a line battle you are to NOT jump around or team kill any other members in the regiment. This rule also stands as Absolutely NO Team Killing once so ever. We will not tolerate it and you can be removed from the battle and given a infraction.
5. You will respect and be nice to all other members in the Regiment. This rule is similar to rule #3 and if a NCO sees you being Disrespectful to another member of the regiment or being rude, you will be given a infraction.

This is the historical Uniform for the Brandenburgische Infantrie Regiment. It is Unique because most Prussian uniforms as this one, dont have green on them.
