3DFX cards

I'm running an old Voodoo3, largely because my GF2 died and I don't have the money to replace it. I'm running the WinXP default drivers.

Has anybody managed to get M&B running on a 3DFX card? If so, what options/drivers/etc did you use to get it working?

Edit: I thought I should add problems I'm experiencing.
1) Garbled text
2) Missing graphics, the most amusing example is that the hair is replaced with a paper cutout of hair when customizing appearance
3) Crashes, displaying "Could not render target Texture," when trying to start a new game.

Most likely it is a problem with the drivers for your graphics card. WinXP default drivers are not sufficient, and should only be used temporarily at the most. Here is a site i found that appears to have drivers for your card, although i have never used it and am therefore not sure as to its legitimacy (use at your own risk). And here's another site if you have trouble with the first.
