Are You Looking For An Adventure? If So Then The 33rd RAR Might Be The Regiment For You
[size=14pt][size=14pt]About Us:
The 33rd RAR is a new regiment that anyone can join, whether you're 10 years old or 50, or if you come from a country outside Australia, it does'nt matter. The 33rd RAR took part in the closing actions of WW2 in the middle east. We plan to train you hard and teach you all the tactics that will help you on a battlefield. We give out plenty promotions and wont kick you out just because you missed a training session or line battle. We are generally a line infantry regiment but we might sometimes play as skirmishers and cavalry. We play as Great Britain and Prussia in our line battles.
Rank Structure
[size=10pt]We do give out lots of promotions so its important to know what our rank structure is and what each respective rank does:
Colonel: Is the first officer and highest ranking officer in our regiment and leads the troops into battle
Major: Is the second in command if there is no second colonel and will take over if the colonel is absent or dead
Captain: Is the third in command given there only one colonel and major and will often act as an adviser for the colonel
Lieutenant: Is a junior officer that concentrates more often on what the men are doing wrong and right instead of actually leading the regiment
Ensign: Is a junior officer that will be the banner bearer and alert the senior officers of any potential dangers
Sergeant: Is a first class private that will tell the men to close files
Corporal: Is a private who helps out the lieutenant and ensign
Specialist: Is a first-class private
Private: The average soldier that makes up the core of a regiment
Cadet: A newcomer who will stay a cadet until he satisfies his peers in training and then will become a private and become part of the line battles, it is generally easy to become a private
Training:
Training will generally be against bots where you learn new tactics and receive tonnes of tips. Training is especially a chance to prove yourself early so you stand a better chance for promotion, and its where cadets turn into privates.
Training is usually held at 7.15 Melbourne local time but can vary and can be held any day.
Rules and Expectations:
The 33rd RAR expects every member to fulfill the following duties:
-Never promote yourself unless permitted by "The First Fleet" or "MarcusPocus"
-Never be disrespectful towards your teammates and senior officers
-Never talk over people on team speak
-Listen to your line commanders and don't breach disciplinary rules
Communication:
We plan on using Mumble or Teamspeak 3 to communicate as a regiment
[size=14pt]Enlisting:
